Motivation is the best tool for improving and for finding joy in challenges. Unfortunately, it's not something that sustains itself or recharges on its own. There are many ways to motivate yourself, but I have had the most success by making a plan for when I notice my motivation dwindling. It involves creating a solid routine so that I can recognize when my motivation is wavering. Then I carefully watch my emotions, rest purposeful, reframe the situation, and create a plan from a positive perspective. It helps me to recharge and restore my drive.
